When you need a creative space, you want to feel relaxed, comfortable, and confident in your environment. Our spacious and comprehensively equipped Cotswolds photography studio provides a fantastic facility which we encourage all of our clients to treat as their own. If you just want to rock up and be left in peace to shoot, that’s cool. Or if you need some extra hands on deck, we love getting involved. Whether you’re looking for technical advice or creative input, we’re here to help. The photography studio is available for hire at super competitive rates, and can be offered fully serviced with equipment and assistants, or on a photography studio only basis. Whether you’re shooting small pieces of bespoke diamond jewellery, or need enough space for a major set build, we have hosted hundreds of photo and video shoots, from supercars to sports superstars. We have the experience to help you plan and achieve your creative ambitions.
Facilities
At 1600 sq ft, the photography studio itself is one of the largest and best equipped studios in South West England for commercial photo shoots. Facilities include a huge white infinity cove with a concrete screed floor and roller shutter drive-in access, ample head room for lighting booms, 3 phase power, fully equipped kitchen facilities, model changing area, toilets, client chill out area, and free wi-fi. We also have ample space to store your equipment overnight if required, and are usually happy for you to deliver kit the night before a shoot or early on the day so that you can maximize your productivity during your hire. Off road parking is available.

We can also help with all aspects of production, from set building, prop sourcing, and equipment hire, through to models, hair and make up artists. Prices and logistics for these additional services can be discussed when you’re ready to book.
Our Location
The photography studio is situated within the Sudeley Castle estate in Winchcombe, Gloucestershire, England. Famous for hosting Liz Hurley’s marriage, the castle is a stunning Grade 1 listed building with extensive landscaped grounds.
Access can be arranged to shoot in the grounds or buildings at the discretion of the estate (price on application).

Studio Manager
All aspects of your hire will be looked after by our dedicated Studio Manager. Jana will be onsite to meet and greet you and your team, can answer any queries and assist with any logistics for the duration of your hire.
Studio hire prices:
Studio hire pricing is straightforward at £395+VAT per day. Half day hire is £249+VAT
If you require catering, assistants, set builders, or any other resources to enable your shoot, we’ll be glad to help with these
What’s included
Included in the day and hour rates are use of all facilities, free WiFi, and of course all the tea and coffee you can shake a spoon at.
Useful extras for your shoot
A range of Profoto, Bowens and Arri lighting and modifiers. £POA per head per day. Each lighting head hired includes use of a lighting stand and modifier.
Pocket Wizard Plus III radio triggers. £25 per pair per day
Background support systems and Calumet colorama background paper rolls. We generally have the following colours in stock: black, white, red, green, blue and yellow. NB Please confirm your requirements prior to your shoot. Paper roll is charged at £15 per metre
A range of boxes, trestles, and boards to make up tables and for set building
As selection of timber and plyboard to make up flats for set building
Additional services and equipment
We can also provide assistance with production, from set building, prop sourcing, and equipment hire, through to models, hair and makeup artists.
